Breathwork is quickly becoming one of the leading tools for stress relief, anxiety, insomnia, AND for enhancing performance, creativity, and focus. As Wim often says, 'Get high on your own supply' and 'you are stronger than you think.' Feel it for yourself with the power of breathwork. Allison, a 500-hour certified breathwork coach, will be sharing Wim Hof style breathwork along with other powerful techniques to help you relax, energize, feel your best, and show up with greater clarity for your life.

Non-Sleep Deep Rest

NSDR refers to a variety of tools designed to guide you into a state of deep rest without falling asleep (although falling sleep can occur). Practices include yoga nidra, meditation, hypnosis, and sound journeys. Made popular by Andrew Huberman, these practices have been used by yogis and meditators for thousands of years. Allison is certified in many styles of NSDR and will offer a different style each day to support you with deep rest and relaxation. Bring an eye mask if you have one. Some will be provided.

Introduction to Mushrooms

Mushroom supplements can increase mental clarity and memory, increase immunity, and reduce inflammation. Some strains even help prevent cancer. Microdosing refers to a practice of daily consumption of VERY low doses of psilocybin mushrooms and can relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety and enhance neural connections in the brain. Various types of edible and medicinal mushrooms can be combined to target specific goals.  Allison, MHS, and long-time mushroom cultivator and enthusiast will share the benefits and risks of mushrooms and microdosing and help you decide if this practice is right for you.

 If you did not receive a raffle prize but would like to work with her privately, these services are offered to you at a discounted rate during the evening of 8-11 PM or after the retreat.

The private sessions REQUIRE you to SIGN UP in advance. She requests at least 24 hour notice to best prepare for your time together. Please be aware that there are 9 open slots for 9 raffle prizes. Sign up ASAP to confirm your DESIRED time slot.

PRIVATE BREATHWORK

Customized Sessions

Discover the profound and powerful possibilities within breathwork. Breathwork can help with reducing stress, relieving insomnia, and calming anxiety, and also to energize and enhance and optimize performance, to inspire creativity, soothe chronic illnesses, or induce euphoria and a sense of peace. Private sessions allow us to go deep within a confidential setting and address your personal concerns, desires, and goals.

Go deeper into NSDR techniques in a private setting. Allison is a world renowned meditation teacher and musician and offers unique NSDR sessions that include live music for deep relaxation. Choose from yoga nidra (yogic sleep), guided meditations, hypnosis, sound bath, or a combination of tools.

Focus, flow & freedom 

Tools for Regulating the Nervous System

E.M.D.R. stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. It's a technique used to remedy symptoms that can occur after intense and overwhelming experiences. Surprisingly effective. 60 min.

T.R.E. stands for Trauma Release Exercises and include a series of exercises used to fatigue the body into a tremoring release to help clear the system of stress. 

E.F.T. stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is a process of tapping particular points on the body, well known in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Although it may seem strange, it is surprisingly helpful and easy to do on your own once you learn. 

 

E.R.T. comes from TANTRA and means Emotional Release Tools and is set of practices for moving energy through the body. 

N.L.P or Neuro Linguistic Programming  involves a variety of practices that combine speaking and moving the body to rewire neural pathways. What fires together wires together. If you find yourself worrying, overthinking, or believing things that keep you from being the best version of yourself, then consider this tool.

Aspecting is a TANTRIC practice for understanding a situation from a deeper perspective. Can quickly address and resolve relational issues of all kinds.

REST & RECOVERY

A Tantric De-Armouring Experience

Long ago, when warriors returned from war, they would be tended to by the priestesses, to help them take off their physical and emotional armor, so as not to bring back their guarded hearts and aggression to their families. These techniques supported healthy, peaceful relationships.

Today, many people who find themselves in the line of fire do not have sufficient tools to really take off their armor at the end of the mission. Many shut down their feelings and distract themselves with television, alcohol, etc... and personal relationships can suffer when they lose their sense of sanctuary, intimacy, and closeness.  

TANTRA means to weave and refers to the path of uniting body, mind, and spirit to experience inner peace and freedom. Tantra has come to mean great sex. In truth, tantra is about being fully PRESENT, without the endless chatter of the mind keeping you from being fully engaged in life. The art of presence can be applied to all areas of life, including intimacy. The way you do one thing is the way you do most things. 

*This is a sensual experience and NOT a sexual one. It is appropriate for coupled and single individuals. 

This tantric de-armouring experience is for both men AND women, especially those in high stress and/or high risk jobs and can be customized to fit into a 60, 90, or 120 min journey. Allison is an experienced guide who was raised by a military officer on Air Force bases around the US.  She understands the nuances of the modern protector's home base.

When it's time, you know. You sometimes come to a place in life when you are ready for a deep reset and to allow yourself to be guided into the mystery. The veil is thin when you listen.

About Allison 

Allison (Ali) Avalon, MHS, Ord. is a meditation and tantra teacher, musician, best-selling author, breathwork practitioner, relationship coach, and certified Hospice Caregiver. She is passionate about helping herself and others feel balanced, calm, clear, and focused. With a mix of grounded wisdom, humor, and compassion, Allison creates a brave space for people to rest, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

Growing up on a military base with a career officer as a parent, Allison understands the mindset of protectors. She knows how important it is to always be prepared and the toll that constant vigilance can take on the body, mind, and relationships. This connection inspires her work: giving protectors and guardians a space to let their guard down, rest, and restore balance.

​

With an extensive tool belt she helps people relax, release stress, sharpen their focus, and enjoy life more fully. 

​She utilizes five pillars of health: meditation, music, movement, medicine, and mindfulness. She believes that by staying present, we can live with more courage, connection, and peace—both in moments of action and in times of rest.
