into the mystery
journey guide and death doula
I serve as a midwife of death and rebirth.

As an Ordained Minister, a certified Hospice Caregiver, an initiated Priestess, and experienced journey guide, I support people through the emotional transition of physical death. I have also navigated my own journey through chronic illness, near death experience, and suicidal ideation. I know the territory and am not afraid to meet you wherever you find yourself.
I also help people practice the art of Surrender, utilizing breathwork, powerful entheogens, and ritual to practice the art of dying.
Why would you want to practice dying?
-
Are you afraid of death?
-
Are you afraid to truly live your best life?
-
Are you settling for your back-up plan or feeling restless and bored?
-
Do you have everything you ever dreamed of, yet are still feeling unsatisfied?
-
Do you find yourself limited by phobias, neurosis, and fears?
-
Do you find yourself needing to control others or your environment, in order to feel ok?
-
If today was your last day on Earth, would you be satisfied, knowing you lived your best life?
-
Do you feel safe in your own skin, or are you restless and easily distracted?
-
Are you depressed, experiencing despair, or even suicidal ideation?
-
Do you self-harm (chew your cheeks, pick at your skin, tear the sides of your nails, etc?)
-
Are you addicted to something unhealthy and find yourself unable to stop?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then you are suffering.
Are you ready to break free from this invisible inner prison?

Mark Twain said “the fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
The Ancient Greeks inscribed into stone, “if you die before you die, then you won’t die when you die.”
Eckhart Tolle says, “The secret of life is to die before you die—and find out that there is no death.”
Zen and Sufi texts both say “die before you die.”
The Bible states "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me..."
Psalm 23:4

"We don't fear death because He assures us that as He was raised from the dead, we will also rise from the dead, even after dying."
Romans 6:5
Yet I have sat at the death bed of many from various religions, who are still deeply afraid of dying.

Faith can be a flimsy parachute.

It has been said that all fears and phobias stem from the fear of death.
Which ultimately is the fear of losing control, a fear of the unknown.
Practicing death can help us feel freedom, a sense of liberation.
You don’t have to believe anything…you can feel it for yourself.

As Ram Dass says, "We are all walking each other home. Death is absolutely safe. It's like taking of a tight shoe."
