why breathwork?

Most of us can spend our entire lives never paying attention to our breath. It just happens (well, until it doesn't.)       

 

When we bring our conscious awareness to the breath, we discover one of the most potent and powerful tools for health, wellness, and well-being.

 

Ironic, isn’t it? The thing we take for granted, simply combined with attention, becomes a most powerful remedy.

 

As an explorer of the inner landscape, breathwork has proven such an effective and efficient tool for changing my emotional and physical states to allow me to fully show up for my life. 

 

We often seek medicines to heal what ails us. Western medicine, herbal medicine, plant medicine.

 

We can BE THE MEDICINE when we make the unconscious conscious.

 

Conscious breathwork has quickly become an international sensation-- because it works.

 

So simple, yet so profound.  It may seem like you are just doing nothing, and yet the science speaks for itself. Breathwork practices:
