Greetings beloved, 

 

You are cordially invited to co-create a delicious community experience, seaside in a remote private location in Baja, Mexico in November, 2025 (date range from Nov 11-24). This is an invite-only gathering. If you would like to invite someone, PLEASE send Ali a DM FIRST and tell me about them (think: good vibes, self-aware, highly refined attunement in social dynamics, experience in sex positive and medicine spaces).

There is space for up to 20 people at a time (aiming for 10-13 folks) to come together in a desert paradise with a coral reef and swimming bay (with some snorkel gear), fishing boat, SUPs, hot tub, puzzle floor and vast spaces, massage tables, personal sauna, 3 kitchens, solar panels, compost, temple space, Starlink high-speed internet, co-working areas, and beautiful and spacious seaside accommodations with en-suite bathrooms. We have lots of instruments and invite you to bring your own. 

 

We are imagining ecstatic dances, fishing and boat trips, cuddle parties and temple nights, playshops/workshops, medicine journeys, community meals, group meditations and breathwork, sound baths, and anything your heart desires, really ;). Also, we are inviting spaciousness, just to be co-living and co-working in a sweet bubble of friends. We will have ample open space, and all activities are optional.  We will have a daily POD, a community heart share, likely to be at 10am. We highly encourage everyone to attend. 

 

If anyone wants to stay on for a creative residency for the whole month, you are welcome (space for about 10 to stay on) from Oct 21-December 10. Monthly rates available. 

 

Details:

• 90-min North of SJD airport (San Jose del Cabo). 30 min from the tourist town Los Barriles and 5 min from a few local cafes and tiny shops. 

• Shuttles and taxis are available for about $140 pp (some bus, carpool, and creative options available for $60). 

• You don’t necessarily need a rental car; we have a vehicle for weekly grocery runs and small group excursions. If you want to explore on your own, please rent a car. *Gas contribution required. 

 

• ALL ROOMS AND DORM ARE SEAVIEW and range from $30-60 pp depending on which room is available.  Additional contributions welcome to support the land project here. Contact Ali for more info. 

 

• 5 king rooms with ensuite bathrooms (some with bath and some with shower), 3 queen rooms with ensuite showers, 1 dorm room with up to 3 queen beds in it, 2 bell tents sleeping up to 4 people each.

• Beach is semi-private. 95% of the time, we have it all to ourselves. Nudity is celebrated in the houses (place a sarong under you), hot tub (shower first), in the temple spaces, and on the beach ONLY when locals ARE NOT present. Please cover up when walking around the extensive property. We ask you to please consider the conservative Catholic culture here in rural Mexico and help us maintain good relations with the caretakers, neighbors, and locals. Thank you!
